This is a great book that will take you step by step to recognize your higher self, and eventually to live with it. A good introductory book to begin a spiritual quest. Dyer put it very clearly how we have been living an ego-oriented life, we have been at the mercy of our ego, keep on seeking external approval to gain a sense of self-worth -- or in TCP term, need to secure energy from others since we have lost connection with the universal source. Like a guide book for a journey, suggestion offered in this book is very much applicable in daily activities, without any impression of dictating.
