Hamburg's Buddy Holley Theatre
Palawan: The Last Frontier premiered at the Buddy Holley Theatre at the World Media Festival in Hamburg Germany. The film has also received the Omni Cinematography Award as well as several other national awards in the USA

Mike received the Best Documentary Director Award at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival at Madison Square Garden on February 4, 2002
