An East meets West style of steak and seafood. Open for lunch and dinner serving steak, fresh fish, lamb shank, and salads. Featuring a seafood bar with shecked oysters, crab, shrimp, lobster, and "poke of the day." Also a sushi bar. Located in the Rainbow Mall in Kihei. Lunch from 10:30am to 3:30pm, Dinner from 5pm to 9pm, Sushi Bar from 4:30pm to 10pm. Reservations suggested. Also located in Lahaina.

We love the baked Maui Onion Soup en Croute. Made from fresh thyme, sweet onions, gruyere cheese, and brandy, it is served with a puff pastry crust. Ono!!! We also suggest one of their flatbread appetizers that are baked in a brick oven. With the above, we often order the Shrimp Papaya Salad made with Big Island Papaya, Kula onions, avocado, tomatoes, Aloha Aina Organic baby lettuce and Papaya-lilikoi vinaigrette. The perfect desert is three scoops of sorbet - mango, coconut with lilikoi sauce, and lychee.
Of course the fish entree's are excellent as are the chicken and beef. They also have a great sushi bar. Reservations are a must!

It's a rarity in Lahaina to find something with a little Local Flavor that is Somewhat Upscale (read: not mixed plate... although I am getting hungry right now and a mixed plate joint would hit the spot!), yet Priced Accordingly.
I seem to remember my last visit involving a nice LiHing Margarita....mmmm tasty!
Good food at a good price. Don't forgot to order the onion soup - it's the best!
A little too crowded sometimes but I guess that shows that a lot of people like their food.
